This is a malt forward beer with the yeasty characters to balance it out. The phenols are slightly more pronounced but the esters still deliver! Both add complexity & interest to the malt. Malt rich verging on sweet but finishes semi dry with a malty aftertaste accented by the yeast esters/phenols.

Malt: Crisp-Maris Otter, Rahr-Pilsner, Gamp-Munich Light, Rahr-Wheat, WY-Melanoidin
Hops: Apollo Tettnang
